At AETHER, I spent nearly a decade helping to define and build the brand’s design DNA. I was hands-on in building a design ethos rooted in restraint, precision, and performance.

My background also includes global leadership at Columbia Sportswear and multi-category direction at HUK, where I’ve scaled teams, guided seasonal strategy, and brought award-winning products to market.
